At TULA, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt. Our goal is to ensure your skincare journey is as seamless as your results.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Choose Your Preference

  Select whether you would like to exchange your item for a different product or receive a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print & Pack

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, then securely package your items in their original box or a similar mailer.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
